Master Plans, Inc., established in 1986, offers consulting and training services for information, project, and facilities management needs. Our expertise includes archival and library services, digitization and image management, cataloguing and database development for visual and written materials, reference and research services, space planning, webpage design, grant writing, and disaster planning and recovery.
betty lyn parker
Expertise in digital imaging, webpage design, database development, and cataloguing in museum, library, and academic settings. Also experienced in statewide grants, space planning, project and facilities management, teaching in the classroom and online. Betty Lyn has two master's degrees, national and state certifications.
susan knoer
Extensive experience with archives, special and photographic collections, digitization, metadata, open source reference development, editing, and teaching. In addition to her MSLS, Susan has a certificate from the Preservation Management Institute at Rutgers, attended preservation workshops at the National Archives, and Library of Congress Mellon photography workshop. Susan has written disaster plans and grants for numerous organizations. She also has gotten wet and dirty in real disasters.
